Bending at room temperature by cold bending, pressing and forming. Pressing methods include mechanical pressing, hydraulic pressing and manual pressing. (3) Punching: punching can be processed by punching, processing precision is high, high efficiency; Big eyes can be drilled with a drill and a hand drill. If grooves are used in the design, milling can be used.

(4) Welding: metal furniture parts often use gas welding and arc welding. After welding, the welding contact should be polished to make the surface smooth, so as not to affect the appearance.

(5) Surface treatment: there are many surface treatment processes of metal, which can be carried out by chemical coloring, electrolytic coloring, anodic oxidation coloring, electroplating coloring, coating coloring, heat treatment coloring, etc., which not only improves the beauty of metal furniture, but also protects the surface of metal materials from oxidation.

(6) Assembly: according to different connection methods, the metal parts are assembled into furniture with screws, bolts, rivets, etc.
